I’ve been trying to cut down on my caffeine intake. The aim was to limit the amount of coffee I have in a day in a bid to become less dependent on it.
It seemed to be going quite well for a while, I was even able to cut coffee out of my diet completely…
Until a night of no sleep (the kiddies) collided with an upcoming deadline. I had to make a choice – coffee won.
That first cup of coffee, after going cold turkey, was enough to convince me that coffee CANNOT be a bad thing. Anything that feels that good really can’t be bad for you, right? *shrugs in denial*
All this to say, sometimes in life you have to make a choice:
